Alfred Ruiz’s passion began in 2004 when he began his studies in the art of Sushi. After 7 years of honing his craft, Al stepped out on his own to pioneer the world of mobile Sushi with the launch of Sushi & Seoul On The Roll (Food Truck).
Over the past 12 years in the trade, Al has continued to refine his Sushi prowess as well as expand his overall culinary reach. Al has had the privilege of serving in a variety of environments, from sporting events and festivals, to music video craft services and prestigious pairing dinners, all while maintaining an irrefutable reputation of serving up some of the tastiest Sushi & Asian-inspired Street Fare around.
Between his culinary acumen and his burgeoning Garage Soul Band, The Sh-Booms, it is clear that Al is not afraid to forge his own path and pursue his passion with a dedicated fervor that delivers results.
